Kelly Rowland is not going to be a happy bunny when she returns from America, to find that Tulisa Contostavlos has been meddling with her girls!

The Destinys Child star jetted off to The States on Monday, because of some previously arranged work commitments but will be back for tomorrow’s X Factor sound check in London.

She has been phoning and skyping her contestants -Janet Devlin, Sophie Habibis and Misha B – while she’s been away but insiders say that, making the most of her absence, fellow judge Tulisa has been advising Sophie on how to raise her profile on the show and how to blow the panel away with her performance.

The Sun reports that the ladies – both from a Greek background and both from North London – have hit it off backstage and that Tulisa has been working with her, believing that Kelly has always neglected the brunette beauty.

“Sophie has made no secret of the fact that she thinks Tulisa is brilliant and that she’d love her to be her mentor,” a source told the newspaper.

“She, like all Kelly’s acts, was surprised to learn that she was going to be left high and dry this week. With Kelly over in LA and the eight-hour time difference she’s decided Tulisa would be easier to talk to.”

“They get on like a house on fire backstage and are always gassing away like sisters. Tulisa has said she sees a lot of herself in Sophie.”

Louis Walsh has accused Kelly of neglecting Sophie on numerous occasions and Gary Barlow has admitted that he needs to see more of her personality on stage.

Tulisa believes she can assist with this, but we can’t see kelly appreciating the ‘help’ when she returns.
