First in to audition in tomorrow night’s X Factor show is 46 year old hairdresser Jackie Heeley from Sunderland. Jackie believes that this is her last chance to be a star; “I’ve sung for years and I love performing. I was born to sing and I’m going to sing my heart out for the Judges big style.”

Singing Something Inside So Strong, it’s not long before Simon and Louis are suppressing their giggles, as Jackie finishes she giggles back to the Judges, “Go on you know you want too”. But Simon’s not impressed, “You have a very odd sounding voice. Something happens to your throat when you sing”, “It is quite raspy” explains Jackie, but Simon’s not having it, “No it’s more than that, it’s like there’s someone else in there”. And Dannii’s not impressed either, “I couldn’t understand a word of what you were singing” and Simon thinks she sounded like she was “choking on something”.
