X Factor: Whitney Houston Praises Leona Lewis
Whitney Houston has given her backing to X Factor winner Leona Lewis.
Leona is also being courted by music mogul Clive Davis who is keen to maker her a star in the US.
The diva is said to be convinced the 21-year-old will be an international superstar, and has even offered to mentor her.

Not drugs necessarily, just sabotage her. Leona’s being dubbed being like Whitney but better - since when have divas liked knowing there are better people than they out there?
I think that Leona’s voice is NOWHERE NEAR Whitney’s and that only a drunk would ever think otherwise. Leona’s voice is not fantastic. she can sing but it aint dat great.
i know not everyone would think this but as simon says leona sings one of the best versions of that song and he is 100% truly right. when leona sings i will always love you i think she sounds better than whitney when she sings

Lets face it remember i wanna dance with somebody - thats what you should be comparing it too - leonas only 21! In 30 years well probably be on this forum debating if a new act is as good as leona

leona’s voice is amazing!!!she sings like whitney houston and mariah carey.i think her voice is better than mariah.
no matter what ppl think of whitney or what she has done in her personal life, she is one of the most popular and best singers of her time.
And she knows a great voice when she hears one and if she thinks Leona is fantastic and will back her up then no-one needs to say anything else!
Go with Whitney she will not give Leona durg so don’t say that Whitney did not mean it
