X Factor’s Eoghan Quigg to represent Ireland in Eurovision 2014?
Paddy Power have installed Derry man Eoghan Quigg as their 6/4 favourite to represent Ireland at this year’s Eurovision following the announcement of this year’s hopefuls.
The former X Factor finalist is followed in the betting Andrew Mann, who’ll be performing a song written by 2fm DJ Cormac Battle, at 2/1 and new age traditional artist Can-Linn who’s at 9/4.
Further down in the betting is Laura O’Neill at 10/1 with Eurosong veteran Patricia Roe propping up the betting at 25/1.
A spokesperson for Paddy Power said “Ireland have form in picking former X Factor finalists as their Eurovision entries and at this very early stage we’re tipping Eoghan Quigg to be making the trip to Copenhagen.”
