X Factor’s Gary Barlow meets with Take That pals Howard Donald, Jason Orange & Mark Owen about ‘future plans’
Gary Barlow may be up to his ears with X Factor work and meetings but it seems the dad of three is still making time for his old friends.
Take That star Howard Donald joined Twitter a few weeks ago (the discovery of this fact totally made our morning!) and he revealed a few days ago that he, Gary, Jason Orange and Mark Owen were all meeting to discuss their next project.
Howard tweeted on Sunday saying:
“Looking forward to meeting tommorow with the boys to discuss future plans”
It sounds like the meeting went well and this morning, the hunky singer returned to the micro blogging website to update fans. He wrote:
“meet up was great yesterday Loads to talk about. The coffee and mint tea flowed! Everyone looked great, especially after all that coffee”
The lads used to be a pretty daring band, well know for their love of partying, drinking and womanising – well some more than others – but it seems that now they are all fathers – except for Jason of course – the singers have all become a little more sedate.
A fan asked Howard:
‘lovely!! Sooo exciting!! Did you bake a cake ?’
He replied:
“we all baked one, marks was the fanciest”
Cake, coffee, how very rock and roll!
Meanwhile, it isn’t the first time that Gaz has met with Mark over the last week, as the new dad was also featured on The X Factor on Saturday night. Barlow took his final three contestants – Carolynne Poole, Kye Sones and Melanie Masson – to a recording studio to meet Marky a few days ago and afterwards Mel tweeted:
“Mark Owen was amazing. A beautiful and talented man and a great track we had the pleasure to sing on x”
Watch Mark’s appearance on the show below and tell us, are you excited about the prospect of some new Take That material. Don’t forget that Barlow recently promised a new album from the band within the next year.

There own kids.

They’re getting known in USA. I hope they gonna make a World Tour. They’re much better than this one Direction.
