X Factor’s John and Edward Grimes: “We don’t understand why people don’t like us.”
X Factor twins, John and Edward Grimes have admitted that they are baffled by the public’s strong reaction to them.
After hearing that more than 100,000 people have joined the ‘Get John and Edward Out’ group, the teenagers told The Sun:
“We don’t understand why people don’t like us.”
During the bootcamp stage of the show, Simon Cowell branded the boys as “vile little creatures who’d step on their mother’s head to have a hit”. But the pair said: “We like that Simon doesn’t like us. He gives us constructive criticism.”
Personally I don’t think that J&E deserve a place in the live shows, in fact I don’t think they even deserved a place in bootcmap. However they are just young fellas and it must be hard to hear that so many people dislike you. I don’t blame them for this travesty, I blame the incredibly stupid Louis Walsh. Why can’t we start a ‘Get Louis Walsh Out’ Facebook group………now there’s an idea…

you cant blame them for getting where they are there improving and i used to dislike them but i love them now not only because there improving it that there trying hard and i dont think that it is fair for them to get booed there only 18

evryone i know hated eoughan, but he got into the live final show!! i was the only one who actually liked him, but hes done just fiine!! and hes releassed his single, 28000 friends. everyine hated U2 but THEY were AMAZING – multi platinum level!! I think that people just dont want to admit that the like J&E but they honestly do! theyre funny, lively, and just young boys who wanna have a bit of fun…. and if they win a singing competittion in the process, all the better for them. I love you boys!! DO NOT GIVE UP!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!! your NOT irritating, and i think the performance on saturday and sunday were BRILLIANT loved the flying down from the roof etc.. and all that JUMPING ABOUT!!!

i keep on saying this everywhere and i’m posting it here again…the show is looking for more aside from talent… they are in search for one with THE X FACTOR… look at the previous winners? where are they now? only Shayne Ward and Leona Lewis made it big. truth is talent is important but the WOW Factor keeps you relevant.

xfactor is officially the biggest CON of a programme going on the tv. how can somebody like rachel who actually has talent be booted off by the public vote when john and edward have no talent whatsoever and still be on the show. this is not a commedian show its a singing contest!
