X Factor star Ruth Lorenzo’s weight has dropped so dramatically that she’s had to get a whole new wardrobe for the show.

The Spanish singer said she’s been so busy with the show that she’s not had much time to eat.

“I have lost weight – a lot of weight, but I didn’t plan it” she told The Sun. She added, “I am a typical Spanish girl – I’m used to having everyone sit around the table having a lunch that lasts a few hours.

“I’ve always been a big girl. I’ve always had big thighs and big breasts. But I am so busy these days I can’t help but lose weight – and I wouldn’t change my lifestyle now for the world!”

Her weight loss has apparently caused chaos for the X Factor’s wardrobe department.

Ruth told the paper, “I went for my dress fitting on Tuesday last week, and by Thursday they had to fix it. By Saturday it was too big for me again!”
