Aw, Simon Cowell, how could you! Poor David Walliams missed out on a birthday wish from “his” favourite boss yesterday.

Twitter followers of Simon Cowell were furious when he snubbed David but did wish Demi Lovato a happy birthday.

The X Factor USA boss tweeted his Fox co star, writing:

“Happy Birthday Brat (@ddlovato) lots of love. Simon”

However, he failed to mention the fact that Britain’s Got Talent judge David turned 41 on the same day.

On angry Twitter user wrote:

”What about your David, it’s his birthday too!!”

Others wondered if Simon only remembers the birthdays people he worked with at that exact moment.

Luckily David didn’t need Simon to make his birthday, with fans flooding his Twitter with kind wishes and some very special people making his day.

The Showbears tweeted him a delightful message while David revealed: “Sir Roger Moore called me today and sang happy birthday. #bestbirthdayever”.
