Stacey Solomon has assured her fans that she is nothing like troubled reality TV star Kerry Katona.

The former X Factor runner up, who also won ITV’s I’m A Celebrity series in 2010, recently landed a contract which will see her becoming the face of supermarket chain Iceland – a post which Katona held until her drug scandal of 2009.

Speaking to the Daily Star, about comparisons made between her and the mum of four, Stacey said:

“We all choose our own path and I’m not into some of the things that Kerry may have been into. We’re different people but I’m sure everyone will compare us.”

Solomon also joked that she has considered getting vajazzled after seeing it being carried out on ITV2′s The Only Way Is Essex.

“Me and my sister have been discussing vajazzling,” she laughed.

“But I want to watch one first to see what it’s like before I go for it. My main concern is who would want to see it?”
