Futureproof and Hope tell us how the girl bands’ lives have changed since The X Factor. We’ll also be chatting to Same Difference about their exciting plans for the future including details of their new album.

Not to be left behind, the Over 25s tell all about their X Factor experience and they all reveal how they felt when Louis revealed he didn’t want them in his category. Since X Factor all of them have gone on to bigger and better things. Nikki is recording an album and Daniel De Bourg has been working with producers in LA. Beverley got to perform with Lemar at Gleneagles and is still teaching her class part time.

We also have exclusive chats with Andy Williams and your X Factor winner Leon Jackson. Leon will talk us through the entire life changing journey and gives us an insight to what his life is like after The X.

As well as catching up with the finalists we’ll also be meeting some of the favourite memorable contestants last year.
