The One Direction lads finally dropped the official video to their brand new single, Best Song Ever yesterday and I guess it’s only right to seek out what THEIR best songs ever are, right?

In an interview with The Sun, the lads have revealed what their favourite ever songs are and I think you’ll all be sad to know that Harry didn’t name any of Taylor Swift’s songs as his fav. Sad Times.

Harry revealed that the song he most likes to twerk to when he’s on his own is The Beach Boys’ ‘God Only Knows’ – which God Only Knows why he’s living in the 60s, but hey, each to their own I guess.

Louis went on to reveal that he likes to get his freak on to Queens ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ and well, let’s face it … everyone loves a bit of Queen! He says he loves the song as it gets “everyone up and singing so badly”.

Liam added he shimmy’s to John Mayer’s ‘I Don’t Trust Myself’, undoubtedly when he’s in the shower, which quite frankly is much more up to date than Harry’s Golden Oldie’s 60s song. I bet Liam loves Cher Lloyd’s version of the song as well as it’s pretty damn amazing.

Niall said he loves Eagle’s classic ‘Hotel California’ and Bradford’s Zayn Malik gets his swag on to 50 Cent’s ‘In Da Club’ – we didn’t expect anything different from Zayn actually, the song suits him more than God Only Knows suits Harry.

And, as much as he protests he doesn’t really dance, we ALL know Zayn likes to bust some moves when he’s on his own.

Never thought I would say it but 1D obviously have good taste in other people’s music. “God Only Knows” is one of the finest pop songs ever composed featuring vocals that no modern pop band could match. “Hotel California” is iconic and features a phenomenal piece of guitar work whilst Queen are just legends.
