Peter and Jonas have been performing together as professional magicians for seven years. They have come to Britain’s Got Talent to beat all other magicians with their unique, comic style. They believe the formula of a magician and his sexy assistant.
What made you audition for Britain’s Got Talent this year?
We thought we were finally ready for the world’s number one TV-show!
What’s the most exciting thing about your Britain’s Got Talent experience so far?
It’s just such a different experience from every-day life.
Are you nervous about performing in the live shows? Which Judge scares you the most?
Yes we are nervous! To be honest, the judges don’t scare us at all. The scary part has been getting everything ready in time for the semi-finals, and the fact that millions of people will watch it!
What will you do with the £500,000 prize money if you win?
Jonas I’m living in a one-bedroom apartment with my girlfriend and two kids. A flat with two or three bedrooms would be great, and I will renovate my house so that all of our five children will have plenty of room. And I will finally marry my wonderful girlfriend Astrid!
What does performing at the Royal Variety Performance mean to you?
That would mean a lot! Like finally being recognised. Like winning all over again!
Why should you win Britain’s Got Talent?
We spend all of our time awake doing, thinking about magic. This is our dream! We spent the last 10 years working really hard, and now we’re ready.
How would you feel if you won? What do you want to do at the end of BGT?
If we won, or even get to the final, it would be so much fun to go on a tour. Or do a full evening show in London. We would love to do that.
Tell us something about yourself that people may be surprised to know.
Peter went to Chalmers University, Gothenburg becoming an architect before he realised that he wanted to become a magician. Jonas is like Sheldon in “The Big Bang Theory”, always putting schedules and diagrams together that Peter doesn’t follow.
If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be?
Who has been your favourite act from previous series of Britain’s Got Talent?
It’s hard not to say Paul Potts and Susan Boyle because they are simply fantastic!
