Whilst we were happy to say goodbye to the absolutely weird and bonkers segment on tonight’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent, there was one more act to try their luck on the show.
Anne Klinge is s 43-year-old puppet player and stage director from Nuremberg, Germany. She impressed the judges this evening with her inventive and charming foot puppetry.
We mean, you probably thought you’d seen it all before now, but you really had not seen it all…
As part of her performance, Anne strapped noses and wigs to her feet and made ‘people’ out of it. It was weird, it was quirky, but it was different. We have never seen anything else like it on the show before, and to say she was doing it all with her feet, she carried it off really well.
We weirdly loved it… it was strange, but appealing.
Here’s what the judges had to say:
David Walliams: “That was incredible. So inventive, so funny, it was a little piece of magic”.
Alesha Dixon: “I laughed the whole way through. It was charming. It was a quirky, brilliant act”.
Amanda Holden: “I believed all those characters. It was so imaginative”.
Simon Cowell: “As we’ve said, we like to see things we have never seen before. It was much better than I thought it was going to be. It was a brilliant audition”.
Anna Klinge managed to get four yeses from the judges and will go through to the next round of the competition!
Britain’s Got Talent continues on Saturdays at 8pm on ITV.
