Britain’s Got Talent semi finals: Simon Cowell wants Ashleigh to breed Pudsey for him! (VIDEO)

Ashleigh and Pudsey were one of Simon Cowell’s favourite acts when they tried out fro Britain’s Got Talent earlier this year, as everyone knows the music mogul enjoys a good dog act.

The teenager and her pet dog performed to the Flintstones soundtrack for their tryout and afterwards, all the judges raved about their connection and their energy on stage. For the first live shows of the series, Ashleigh was desperate to be just as well received and worried that poor Pudsey would be a little thrown by all the lights, cameras and TV setup.

Tonight, Ash looked stunning in a white flapper dress and her and Pudsey’s routine was very Hollywood, olden days showbiz themed.

The dog was as great as ever and didn’t miss a cue or a step. The whole thing was totally charming and endearing and we even preferred it to their initial audition. The crowd loved it too and the act got a standing ovation from the audience and the judges.

SIMON COWELL: This is what I have been waiting for all my life. I’ve had a lot of dogs in my life but never one like this. Ashleigh you did a fantastic job as well. I would love a dog like that, I really would. Can we breed him and I can have the puppy?

ALESHA DIXON: You are the luckiest girl in the world, I am so jealous, I want Pudsey. You deserve to go through to the final.

AMANDA HOLDEN: Pudsey is the cutest dog but you both have personality. A brilliant double act.

DAVID WALLIAMS: Thank you for making my Simon so happy. He has had a difficult few weeks and this has cheered him up. When I came today, the only person I wanted to meet was Pudsey. It was perfect, I think you can win and I want you to.
