It’s been reported today that Celebrity Big Brother villains Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag may have tied the knot a third time at a luxury resort in California over the weekend.
The couple checked into The San Ysidro Ranch – which is famous for having hosted the honeymoons of several A-listers, including Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin as well as Julia Roberts and Danny Moder – at a cost of around £1,200 per night.
They reportedly placed a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door of their luxury cottage and didn’t emerge from it for more than 12 hours.
The Daily Star reports, Their ‘paradise resort’ in Montecito, Santa Barbara, costs more than £1,200 a night.
“It includes 41 cottages with open fires and hot tubs, sprawling orange groves, well stocked wine cellars and beautiful ocean views.”
As to whether Speidi were enjoying a honeymoon there, pals apparently reckon they were, with one adding that the couple were making the most of having some ‘us’ time after a busy few months.
The friend told the paper, “On Celebrity Big Brother, Speidi were stuck in that house for three weeks and couldn’t do anything saucy in bed because the TV cameras were on them all the time…
“They played up to the cameras and pretended to have sex for a laugh. Everyone was fooled into thinking they had.
“But the reality is they would never do that in front of people.
“Now they’re making up for lost time.
“Spencer thought the ranch was the best place to take Heidi for a surprise weekend.”
Channel 5 is of course airing a documentary about the couple at 10pm tonight which is entitled, Speidi: Scandal Secrets and Surgery, but for now, here’s a look at the couple speaking to OK! magazine before they left the UK…
