Celebrity Big Brother 2017: Ray J

It has been confirmed this evening that rapper, Ray J has QUIT this year’s series of Celebrity Big Brother.

At present, the reason for Ray J deciding to leave the Celebrity Big Brother house has not been made clear by Channel 5, but according to the official Big Brother website, Ray J has indeed left the house.

The news originally broke this evening when the CBB website listed Ray J as an ‘Ex Housemate’, along with his ‘Housemate Status’ being changed to ‘Left’. We can’t imagine producers will be too happy considering it was reported he’d been paid $1,000,000 to appear on the show.

It was confirmed on last night’s highlights show that Ray J was one of the housemates facing the first eviction of the series, which takes place this Friday. On Sunday, the housemates nominated for the first time, but those housemates who had been ‘edited out’ – including Ray J – could not nominate, but could still be nominated. Ray J recieved two nominations from his fellow housemates, putting him into danger of leaving the house this Friday.

We’ll be sad to see Ray J go. We definitely did not think he’d be the first one to walk. In the short time that he was in the house he changed many people’s opinions about him – some may have only ever known him for that tape with Kim Kardashian. We’re gutted we didn’t get to see the hilarious side of Ray J for a bit longer.

Fans will have to tune into Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side this evening to find out exactly why Ray J chose to leave the house earlier today.

Celebrity Big Brothers Bit on the Side airs at 11:05pm this evening on Channel 5.

No loss. Now Ray J. can sleep all he likes. Plus I do wish Calum would abandon that silly weave on the top of his head.
I’m sure he’d look tons better without it. And that mother/son thing is just a bit too yuckky. Angie should go asap.
James Jordan to win as he should have done the first time around. They should put Ola into the house with James as a foil for Speidi who seem remarkably low-key so far.
