New Katie Hopkins outrage over Fred West comments… SSDD much?

Reporting that former Celebrity Big Brother housemates Katie Hopkins has made an offensive remark is rather much akin to reporting that night – to the surprise of no-one – followed day…

However, make a new offensive comment she has, and this time, it was to compare a gay stripper to serial killers Fred West and Anders Breivik.

The Daily Star reports that the drama kicked off as Hopkins was judging an event – entitled ‘Porn Idol’ – at trendy London club, Heaven.

After one hopeful performed his routine, she said, “What’s that mass murderer called?

“Is it Anders Brievik? Well there’s something of him in you. And Fred West.”

Those remarks came hot on the heels of Hopkins sticking her twopenn’orth in about the Jeremy Clarkson hoo-hah, and while writing her column for The Sun, she commented, “Deciding to suspend Jeremy Clarkson is a little bit like hanging the Queen.

“The nation watches in horror, the culprits look like utter gits and Britain loses a national treasure.”

She added, “Get Clarkson back on Top Gear, get the show back on the air and stop playing who’s got the biggest willy.

“People like cars, Jeremy likes cars. Let Jeremy do what he does best and talk to people about cars.”

However, other Twitter users have blasted Hopkins for all of the above – and a good deal more, given her recent tweets about Ebola and other post on the site that could (and were by some) be deemed as inciting racial hatred – with one writing that the former Apprentice hopeful is “a massive boil on the backside of life.”

There are countless other not overly flattering comments about Hopkins on Twitter, but no doubt she either doesn’t read them or it’s like water off a duck’s back to her if she does.

But it is all a tad SSDD isn’t it? Katie says something vile, everyone goes nuts, everyone asks ‘Has she gone too far this time?’

And we’re among the culprits there, obvs, but really, we would have thought she’s pretty much run the gamut of insults and offensive comments by now, so I guess if nothing else, we have to admire her ingenuity in coming up with new crap to spout on a daily basis.
