Former Dancing On Ice champion, Sam Attwater, has reportedly moved on to his fourth show romance!
Fans of the hit ITV skating competition, hosted by the legendary Olympic gold champion skaters, Jayne Torvil and Christopher Dean, will know how former EastEnders star, Sam, made headlines when he competed in the show in 2011, after a string of flings with the shows professional, and celebrity skaters.
Attwater, who played Leon Small in the award-winning BBC soap, EastEnders, was partnered with professional skater, Brianne Delcourt for the 6th series of the hugely popular reality talent show, and it wasn’t long before rumours began circulating that the pair were an item.
The couple came out and admitted that they had fallen in love whilst training for the show, winning them a phenomenal amount of media coverage, and gaining them much popularity in the competition.
However, towards the end of the series Sam, who ended up winning the show with Brianne, was pictured outside a London pub kissing another of the show’s professional skaters, Finland International star, Alexandra Schauman, despite the fact that she was supposedly seeing one of the other professional skaters.
After this Sam and Brianne admitted that they had lied about being a couple to gain popularity, earning their relationship the not-so-affectionate nickname, Faux-mance, but whilst their confession lost them a fair amount of respect, it did not lose them the competition.
Sam then moved on to fellow series 6 contestant, daughter of TV presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, Chloe Madeley, who he remained deeply involved with until last January.
Now, as the Sun newspaper reports, Sam has moved on to ANOTHER professional skater on the show, Vicky Ogden, and is said to have finally settled down.
A friend of Sam and Vicky told the publication: “They have been seeing each other for a few months and things are going really well for them. They are both very happy.”
