I’m A Celebrity 2012: Sobbing Helen Flanagan hasn’t spoken to boyfriend Scott Sinclair since she left the jungle! Romance over?

by Lynn Rowlands

It seems that Helen Flanagan’s fears that taking part in I’m A Celebrity this year could jeopardize her relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair were founded, given that it’s been reported today that she hasn’t been able to get in touch with him since she left the jungle last week.

Apparently he hasn’t been taking her phone calls, and Helen was “distraught and sobbing” that he didn’t get in touch with her on their three-year anniversary recently.

However, the Daily Star reports that Helen’s sorrow turned to anger over Scott ignoring her, prompting her to throw her phone at a wall.

She told the paper, “It’s our anniversary today and I can’t get through to him.

“I got so annoyed with my phone I threw it and now it’s cracked…

“I’m expecting my roses to come. But I haven’t received anything.”

The paper adds, “The actress also begged Scott on Twitter to get in touch. One tweet read: ‘My phone’s annoying and I can’t ring people, having to use my Dad’s and can’t send messages. Call me. I love you’.”

Of the furore, a show insider said, “She is keeping her work commitments otherwise she won’t get paid.

“So she is smiling for the camera but inside she is nursing a broken heart. She is crying her heart out in her darkened room…

“Her mum and dad are going off sightseeing but she won’t do anything. All she is doing is crying.”

Before Helen went to Australia for the show, she revealed that she and Scott had just moved into a new house.

She said, “We have a very trusting relationship. We’ve been together for three years.

“I do love him but I don’t feel the need to get married…but never say never.”

How sad if they’re going to split up over her going on the show!
