It’s been reported today that former I’m A Celebrity and Corrie star Helen Flanagan could be about to break up with her boyfriend of three years, footballer Scott Sinclair, as friends of the couple say he’s “sick of her being so clingy.”

Helen, who has of course been the centre of a number of controversies of late – including posing for pictures with a gun to her head and for posting a picture on Twitter of a bedraggled cat – has apparently been more “needy” than ever since returning to the UK after her stint in the Aussie jungle.

And it seems she’s scaring Scott with constant talk of marriage and children…

A friend of the couple told the Mirror, “Things are extremely strained. It looks as though it might have run its course.

“They were happy in Swansea, but after the move, whenever Scott went out, Helen would demand to know where he was at all times.

“Scott got a load of stick in the changing room.”

The insider continued, “She is extremely keen to settle down. Scott wants that eventually, but not right away.

“Also, Helen can’t do anything around the house. She can’t even boil an egg.

“He paid for her to have cooking lessons, but by the end she was as bad as ever.”

As to Helen’s plans for the future with Scott, she recently said, “I want four kids. I want a baby before I’m 24.”

But the insider said, “All this talk of kids is starting to scare Scott.

“It’s not as though there’s no way back for him and Helen, but things are extremely uncertain.”

Aww well let’s hope they can sort things out; they seem to be a really lovely couple don’t they?
