TOWIE: James ‘Arg’ Argent and Joey Essex have ‘blazing row’ at festival!

by Anna Howell

Of all the relationships that have come and gone on our The Only Way Is Essex screens, the one that everyone thought would last the distance was that between Joey Essex and his BFF James ‘Arg’ Argent.

So you will be surprised to hear that the two have fallen out after a spectacularly diva-ish row at the recent Yahoo! Wireless festival yesterday.

Ever since joining the show back in series 2, Joey has looked up to and admired Arg with the two being firm friends ever since.

Each has helped the other out after difficult breakups, Joey With Sam Faiers (twice), and Arg with Lydia Bright and Gemma Collins – so we wonder who each will turn to now their own bromance has seemingly ended too!

According to Yahoo!omg a source said that the row broke out in the VIP section after a few too many drinks at the free bar, over a public appearance.

According to the site the pair disagreed about whether or not they should go to a bar mitzvah.

The source commented: “Arg was trying to convince Joey to go to a family bar mitzvah, saying the pair would get £2,000 for their appearance.

“But Joey was having none of it, saying that Hertfordshire was just too far to drive and too much of a hassle.”

After that the pair began to row furiously, with Arg raising his voice so loud it was causing a scene amongst everyone else at the event, which reportedly caused Joey to tell him:

“shut up, there are journalists around”

An increasingly drunk Arg then even made a pass at Hollyoaks actress, Jorgie Porter (who is in a long-term relationship with her co-star James Atherton who plays Will Savage) whilst they downed shots at the bar, before security threatened to remove him for being so loud, and drunk.

Another source told omg!: “Arg was just getting drunker and drunker, at one point he was on his phone yelling so loudly that everyone was mocking him and yelling back.”

“Security asked staff members if they wanted him removed and he was given a few stern looks of warning.”

The Only Way Is Essex returns later this year.
