Is this proof that Fifth Harmony knew Camila Cabello was about to leave the band MONTHS before they announced the news on Twitter?
5H fans were up in arms earlier this week after some social media users claimed that legal documents appeared to suggest that Camila had actually not been listed on the band’s trademark since May 2016.
The bombshell news made its way online after a number of sleuthing Fifth Harmony fans came across the documents online, which claimed on May 11 2016 that the band’s trademark was owned by Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Normani Kordei while Camila’s name was not featured on the document.
“That means since that date Camila wasn’t associated with 5H’s brand anymore,” Fifth Harmony fan @bruhferreira explained on Twitter of the pretty shocking revelation, which they claimed suggested that the girls were “liars” for writing in a statement that Cabello only told them in November that she had decided to leave.
“It’s technically not about leaving the band but from this date Camila wouldn’t be part of their sponsorships,” the fan wrote. “They knew she was leaving since waaaaay before November. Which means they are liars.” Yikes!
Fifth Harmony and their team have not yet commented on the authenticity of the recently resurfaced documents and the band have not responded to claims they were aware Camila was planning on leaving prior to November last year.
Notably, the latest revelation in the world of 5H comes after Camila recently claimed that she felt she was too “sexualised” during her time in the band.
