Leave it to James Corden to bring a little One Direction back into our lives with Liam Payne.
The duo hit us right in the feels during an episodes of The Late Late Show with James Corden on September 6 where he and Liam had a riff-off that ended with the star performing one of his classic boyband hits.
And it may just have been one of the best things ever. Get it?
The duo had a riff-off to settle once and for all if solo artists or bands were better, and it took them down a windey road of huge hits from artists like *NSYNC, George Michael and Hanson.
But it was the end of the 11-minute sketch that really got One Direction fans’ hearts racing.
At the end of the clip, Liam launched into the band’s 2013 classic “Best Song Ever,” and the crowd went wild.
But that’s not all Liam has been doing recently.
The now solo star has also been opening up about his personal life with girlfriend Cheryl and their son Bear and admitted that he’s actually open to having more kids with the former Girls Aloud singer sometime soon.
He made the confession to The Sun after the newspaper asked if he and the former X Factor judge are more likely to get married or have another baby first.
“I would probably say, if you pushed me, a baby. The options are definitely open for me on having another baby,” he said of expanding their little family to 4.
“Bear is the best creation I’ve ever made so I welcome the idea completely.” Aww!
He then confessed that a sibling for little Bear is more than likely in the future, adding, “We’ve got time so it’s okay.”
