Little Mix: Perrie Edwards had nervous BREAKDOWN!? “I remember screaming” over Zayn Malik?

by Lynn Rowlands

Fans of former X Factor winners Little Mix will know that the band has just released its latest single, Shout Out To My Ex, which the girls preformed on X Factor last weekend.

And of course, given the lyrics to the song are all about a bitter and hurtful breakup, it’s not been a huge stretch of the imagination to assume it’s about Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards…

They split last year, just weeks after Zayn left One Direction. And at the time, it was alleged that Zayn had ditched Perrie by text message.

He vehemently denied it, but as we reported this week, Perrie has insisted that he did in fact do that…

However, during an interview on Heart London with JK and Lucy this week, Perrie has perhaps gone even further in revealing how devastated she was over being ditched by Zayn.

Perrie didn’t mention any names it has to be said, but when asked, “What has been your lowest ex moment before you come out the other side?” she make a shock revelation.

Perrie said, “I was at the airport and I got an awful phone call, erm, from someone. And then… I just… what did I…?

“I just remember screaming in the airport.”

Her band mate Jade Thirlwall added, “She had a little mini breakdown in the airport. It was in the security line and so we thought ‘oh God!’”

Adding that this happened in America, Jade continued, “I was worried that you weren’t going to be let in the country because you were like a mad woman!”

Perrie confirmed, “I was like a women possessed! It was awful… I thought I was going to explode.”

Leigh-Anne Pinnock remarked, “We literally just made a little shell huddle around her so that no one could see her.

“We were like ‘it’s ok, just let it out’.”

Perrie concluded by saying, “I was either going to get put back on a flight back to the UK or put in a straitjacket!”

Poor Perrie!

Hard to believe someone screaming and crying in the middle of a queue in an airport, especially when they’re a ‘celebrity’ *cough cough*, would have NO footage online, or nobody taking to social media to talk about it when it happened”
