This week, One Direction singer Niall Horan has been talking to radio show legend Ryan Seacrest about all sorts of things, including his status as a single man…
However, having revealed that he has been single for well over a year, when Ryan asked if it was true that Niall was “rekindling” his relationship with Selena Gomez, Niall joked, “Sort it out!”
Time will tell if Ryan can play cupid between Niall Horan and Selena Gomez, and likewise, only time will tell when or if One Direction are going to reunite.
But of course, Niall in particular has remained adamant that One Direction are going to reform at some point. However, he has never suggested a date for when that will be.
Though during the interview with Ryan – which you can see below – Niall did say that when One Direction do get back together, they will most likely go on tour to promote their (so far) last album, Made in the A.M.
He began by explaining that nothing has changed with regard to the reformation of One Direction, saying, “It’s still the same as it was…
“We’re still chilling out and basically doing our own thing.”
And having said it’s “complete bull” that One Direction will never get back together, Niall continued, “We definitely will, but we’re just enjoying our time.”
Later, while talking about what will happen when One Direction do reform, Niall said, “We have an album that we never toured…
“That would be the first thing, to tour that.”
However, perhaps excitingly, Niall also hinted that when a new One Direction tour does occur, he and his band mates could incorporate some of their solo work into the setlist.
Check out the interview…
But what do you think? Do you think that Niall is perhaps being overly optimistic about a One Direction reunion?
Or is he so certain that it will happen simply because he has no reason to think it won’t?
