A shocking death twist could be heading to EastEnders in the coming episodes.
Rumours are swirling that EastEnders bosses have a big death storyline lined-up soon, and rumour has it that there will be more bad news for the Carters.
After the Queen Vic family have suffered a whole lot of setbacks over the past few weeks, Metro is reporting that the coming episodes could see Sylvie (Shirley and Tina’s mum and Mick’s grandma) killed off in a dramatic episode.
As fans will have seen, Tina has been struggling with her mum in recent weeks as she suffers with Alzheimer’s, and the most recent episode saw her battling with sending Sylvie to a care home after a number of recent outbursts.
Though EastEnders producers haven’t commented on the death speculation, Luisa Bradshaw-White who plays her recently told Inside Soap that there are some big things coming up for her character, which could well mean that Tina’s mum may meet her maker.
“There are huge things coming up, and it’s full on for Tina,” Luisa told the magazine of an upcoming storyline last month, but didn’t reveal at the time exactly what those big things are.
“That’s all I can say for now,” she continued inside the pages of the soap magazine. “It’s really busy at the moment but I like it. It’s kind of crazy, but very exciting.”
Should Sylvia unfortunately pass away, it will just be the latest in a string of tragic events for the Carters.
Mick is struggling with wife Linda being away to help her ailing mother, while his son Lee recently left the scene after landing the family in a serious amount of debt following a fake robbery gone wrong.
