EastEnders Spoilers: Whitney wants to try for a baby again, but is Lee hiding something?

by Lynn Rowlands

EastEnders continues on BBC1 on Thursday 27th October, and when we return to the drama on Albert Square, it’s to see that while Lee is at work, a cheerful Whitney tells Lauren that she wants to try for another baby.

However, later, an upset Lee returns with some bad news…

Meanwhile, Johnny grows increasingly concerned about Lee and Whitney’s seemingly extravagant spending. But Lee assures him that now he’s got his new job, it’s okay to splash out here and there. But when Johnny seems unconvinced, Lee adds that he’s allowed to treat Whitney after all that she’s been through.

Later on, Whitney talks to Lee about her plans for another baby and for their future, but though he appears to agree with her, what is he really thinking?

Also in this episode, Kim pushes Denise to tell Chelsea and Libby about the pregnancy. But it’s clear that Denise has other things on her mind as she gets ready for a mysterious night out…

However, an inquisitive Kim soon realises that Denise’s story just doesn’t add up. Meanwhile, Vincent gives Kim a pep talk while elsewhere, Claudette continues to be jealous of Patrick’s close friendship with Dot.

The final episode of EastEnders for the week airs on Friday 28th October, and while Lee’s stag do gets underway in the bar of the Vic, upstairs, the ladies prepare for Whitney’s second Hen do…

However, the jovial mood takes a turn when Whitney reveals that she’s got her eye on a flat in Stratford, much to Linda’s disappointment.

Elsewhere, Claudette goes to desperate lengths to get Patrick’s attention, and it seems her scheming has worked when he agrees to cancel his plans with Dot.

Later, Claudette and Patrick’s date gets off to a good start, but it’s not long before the evening looks set to be ruined.
