Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special 2013

It’s Christmas, which can only mean one thing… Strictly Come Dancing’s Christmas Special is back for 2013 and a whole host of new faces are set to take to the dance floor.

The celebrities taking part on tomorrow evening’s special Christmas-themed show aren’t going to be anywhere as near as good as the likes of Abbey Clancy and Natalie Gumede, but that didn’t stop the judges from ripping into poor Rochelle Humes.

The Saturdays star, Rochelle takes part on tomorrow’s extravaganza on BBC One and despite having an egg nog-load of fun, her dancing is all over the place.

Speaking about her routine, The Daily Star reports that the star said: “Staying on my feet is the most important thing. I just don’t want to fall over”.

However, the judges rip into her following her dance, especially eccentric Bruno and acid-tongued Craig Revel Horwood.

After the star performs the Salsa with her professional partner Ian Waite, Bruno tells her: “It was inebriating and full of spirit like a Christmas tipple. But, like a Christmas tipple, you have got to be careful. You can get light headed”.

Craig adds: “It was all over the toy shop. The haphazard kick thing had Bruno and I gasping”.

Even head judge Len Goodman doesn’t have good words for her: “You were like a party popper. There were bits flying everywhere. And, like a party popper, it got messy”.

Despite Rochelle maybe not doing as well as we thought she was going to do, thee’s no need to worry as five other celebrities will be taking to the dance floor tomorrow evening.

Comedia Rufus Hound, Sara Cox, Eastenders star Ricky Norwood, Elaine Paige and Matt Goss will also take part.

Who are you looking forward to seeing dance? A party popper is always good at Christmas, mind…

Strictly Come Dancing’s 2013 Christmas Special airs tomorrow evening at 5pm on BBC One.
