The Voice returns on Saturday night for the first battle round episode of the year and we finally know the pairings that the coaches have chosen.

Last weekend, Kylie Minogue, Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson were seen picking the last of their blind auditionees, as they filled their teams full of twelve acts each.

There were plenty of tears from the contestants and the panel and a number of regrets, and as if all that wasn’t tense enough, this weekend we’ll lose another group of singers from the competition.

All of the celebrities will split their teams into six pairs. Each pair will be assigned a song to learn and in the battles they’ll go head to head with their partner, in the knowledge that their mentor can only save one singer.

Who is in The Voice 2014 battle rounds? Team Tom, Team Kylie, Team & Team Ricky revealed!

There is a lifeline to the unlucky acts though, as each coach can make one steal and choose a supposedly eliminated singer to join their team.

Before singing, all the acts will receive some coaching from their mentors and the new celebrity assistants. Ricky will work with Katy B, Tom Jones has enlisted Tinie Tempah, will be assisted by Leah McFall and Dante Santiago and Kylie Minogue asked Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears.

Half of each team will perform this Saturday and the pairings are as follows:

Team Will:

Jessica Steele & Anna McLuckie

Callum Crowley & Tom Barnwell

Jermain Jackman & Sarah Eden-Winn

Team Tom:

Sally Barker & Talia Smith

Mairead & Celestine

Kenny Thompson & Bizzi Dixon

Team Ricky

Nathan & Christina Marie

Beth McCarthy & Tila & Tavelah

Emily Adams & Kelsey-Beth

Team Kylie:

Lee Glasson & Jimmy Weston

Leo Ihenacho & Steven Alexander

Jai & Nomakhosi

What do you think of the pairings? Did the coaches choose well?
