What’s better than not one TV superhero but all your favourite TV superheroes?
That’s the idea behind The CW’s crossover episode that kicked off last night.
Supergirl got the ball rolling and now The Flash will continue the four night even with the Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow to follow.
The four-part “Heroes vs. Aliens” event saw ratings sore for Supergirl when it began last night so will they continue?
With just the end of Supergirl leading into the crossover story that will continue through tonight’s episode of The Flash, the 100th episode of Arrow on Wednesday, and Thursday’s episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, what exactly does the storyline involve?
In The Flash’s “Invasion,” aliens named Dominators attack Central City and Barry speeds over (in a flash) to ask for the Green Arrow’s help.
Enter the Legends of Tomorrow as Barry and Cisco bring back secret weapon Supergirl to help out but after a shocking reveal, there are some trust issues amongst the heroes.
In Wednesday’s Arrow, Oliver wakes up to a life where he never got on deadly boat and that his parents are alive and well. Laurel is his loving fiancée and there’s wedding bells in the air. However….slight imperfections alert Oliver to his situation whilst Felicity and the team take on a new threat with Grant Gustin’s The Flash and Supergirl herself, Melissa Benoit.
Concluding on 1st December, DC Legends of Tomorrow will see the ledgends team up with the rest of their superhero counterparts to try and kill the Dominators once and for all. Victor Garber’s Stein will hold the answer but is distracted by the aberration he realizes he created in 1987.
Do you think that they will make a decent team and are more crossovers needed?
