Perrie Edwards is said to be feeling pretty low, over constant claims that Zayn Malik cheated on her.
Her One Direction boyfriend left Twitter last month, because of a video that was doing the rounds which reportedly featured him inviting a fan back to his hotel room, when he was supposedly dating the Little Mix singer.
He also claimed at the time that he was sick and tired of racist tweets and haters messaging him about his girlfriend and needed a few days away from the micro blogging site.
A few days it was too as less than 48 hours later the handsome star has reopened his account and was back in business.
He has constantly denied claims that he cheated on the ‘Wings’ hitmaker and if anything the pair seem to be living in each other’s pockets at the minute, with some sources suggesting that his family are keen for them to slow down and spend some time apart.
However, other insiders claim that Perrie is still smarting from the cheating video that did the rounds on Youtube and one told Star magazine that even though she believes Zayn’s version of events, she can’t help but be upset about the clips.
The source explained:
“Perrie was so upset when she heard the recording. She trusts Zayn, but it’s hard to hear your boyfriend flirting with other girls and talking in that way.”
“She feels humiliated. They are away from each other so much with their bands, so it’s important they can trust each other to be faithful.
“She doesn’t want to be one of those girlfriends who always stresses about what her boyfriend is up to. She knows boys will be boys but it was so upsetting.”
Thankfully, as upset as she might be, Perrie is sticking with Zayn and was spotted outside his London home yesterday, before she went shopping for a birthday present for bandmate Leigh-Ann Pinnock.
