It’s been reported today that there could be a new woman in One Direction star Harry Styles’ life, and that is Billie JD Porter, who presents Channel 4’s, The Joy of Teen Sex series.

Harry and Billie were spotted leaving The Box club in London on Sunday night after Harry had been DJing, playing some of his favourite oldies including Mud’s Tiger Feet, and Tony Christie’s hit track, Is This The Way To Amarillo.

And a source close to Harry reckons that there could indeed be a romance in the offing between the 1D heartthrob and Billie…

Speaking to The Sun, the insider said, “Harry’s always liked Billie — he’s had his eye on her for a while.

“They’ve flirted with each other before but on Sunday night things really clicked.”

The paper adds, “The 1D star spun tracks alongside DJ CHELSEA LEYLAND at the afterparty for jeweller DOMINIC JONES’s London Fashion Week show, which took place nearby at the STK restaurant in the ME Hotel.”

Billie – whose Twitter profile reads, “dang that chick looks drunk as f*** and high off crack and weed all at the same time” – appeared in C4’s controversial The Joy of Teen Sex in 2011, but the show wasn’t without its critics.

Here’s what Wiki says of the debacle…

A letter to Channel 4 was delivered claiming the broadcaster and the programme’s producers have not acted responsibly or fulfilled their public service remit.

The letter, signed by 23 health and education professionals and bodies, describes Joy of Teen Sex as “fitting a pattern of programme development where viewing figures are prioritised over empowerment but where programmes are still marketed as ‘educational'”.

The letter to Channel 4 expresses the group’s unease about several key issues, including what they claim is the lack of qualified professionals on the show, poor advice, and inaccurate and misleading information.

Eek. I guess we shouldn’t hold our breath for a new series then, so instead, here’s a look at an interview with Billie…
