one direction where we are tour

It has recently been rumoured that the One Direction lads are set to star in their own fly-on-the-wall reality TV show. Think The Wanted’s ‘The Wanted Life’, The Kardashian’s ‘Keeping up with the Kardashian’s’ and The Saturdays’ ‘Chasing the Saturdays’.

However, those rumours have been quashed by an ITV Spokesperon today in which they said “I don’t think this is us” – see if you can find the pun!

Speaking to online outlet, a source from ITV reportedly said: “I don’t think this is us, I’m afraid. It’s not something I have heard of”.

The claims came after it was suggested the fly-on-the-wall reality TV show was worth £3.5 million in total and would air in the latter half of 2014. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s going ahead, unless the spokesperson is just yanking our legs.

A source previously told The Daily Star: “Producers have met with the band’s representatives and it’s pretty much a done deal. Details are being ironed out, including budgets and when to film”. LE SIGH!

In other sad and depressing one-direction related news, it has been reported that the lads are set to take a 3-month break. SAY WHAAAT!

The last 12 months have been very busy for Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson as they’ve been promoting their new album, Midnight Memories and they polished off a massive worldwide tour.

2014 is going to go the same way as well as this spring, the guys will take on a huge stadium tour, so before all the shenanigans kick off, they’re going to take a little break to recuperate and get themselves ready.

Unfortunately, this ‘break’ has not yet been confirmed by 1D or their peeps, but a source told The Sun: “The lads are dead on their feet. They’ve completed a huge world tour and done endless promo in between.

“They approached management to work out a deal. Given their success, they could hardly disagree and understood entirely. It was all sorted on good terms”.

But, even though they will be out of our lives slightly for three months, at least they will be fit and ready for the forthcoming tour, right?
