Glamour model Sam Grierson will make her TV debut on this year’s X Factor as part of girl group Husstle, but it won’t be the first time that she has rubbed shoulders with the stars.
The busty singer, who first auditioned with girl band Dice, hit the headlines last spring when she joined Jack Tweed for a romp, just weeks after his wife Jade Goody died.
She met the sleazy star at Essex nightclub Faces and joined two other girls for a private party at his home. At the time Sam, a former Miss Middlesbrough and Miss Nuts Babe 2008, said:
“Jack suckers you in and makes you feel like you’re special.
“Before I knew it, we were kissing openly in front of everyone.
“He didn’t seem like a man who had recently lost his wife.
“He certainly never mentioned Jade once and there were no photos up of her.
“I really liked Jack and I thought he felt the same. I realise now he was just using me.”
Sam also dated A1 star Ben Adams, but was publicly humiliated when he dumped her just before going on Celebrity Big Brother in 2009. Now instead of dating celebrities, Sam wants to be one in her own right.
“Sam wants to make something of her life and thinks X Factor is her chance.
“She’s had a reasonable career as a glamour girl but singing is her ambition.
“She tried really hard to make Dice work, but now she’s pinning all her hopes on Husstle.”
Jack isn’t the only Celebrity Big Brother contestant Sam has been linked to.
She dated A1’s Ben Adams, who publicly ditched her weeks before he went on the show in 2009.
A friend of Sam’s told The Sun: “She knows that her past will be raked over, but she wants this really badly – and she’s not a shy girl.
“She’s been gigging for years and now she sees X Factor as her ticket to fame and fortune.
“No one thought groups could make it on X Factor, but JLS changed that. Husstle are rehearsing day and night – as they are all gorgeous girls, this could be their year.”
