The X Factor USA: Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio & Mezhgan Hussainy rip Second Hand High in HILARIOUS rap spoof video (VIDEO)

by Nick Barnes

This video has just made my day as we get to see a deluded duo who think they’re God’s gift and Simon Cowell rapping all within about 7 minutes! Absolutely Brilliant.

During the audition rounds, a dreadful duo by the name of Second Hand High perform their own rap called ‘You Better Ask Me To Dance’. The duo- Brianna and Alan – were previously engaged and when you watch the video you’ll be able to see why the engagement broke down. (Ahem, Brianna a tad gobby!)

Prior to the audition, Brianna makes out that the duo are the next big thing and Simon will have “that smirk” on his face when he knows he has discovered a talent.

I’ll give it to them, the pair really go for it in their song and it even has Kelly and the audience up on their feet dancing, but they really are dreadful.

Simon tells them that they should change the name of the group to “deluded” as they’re both clearly that!

Kelly adds: “It’s weird, but I kind of like the song”.

However, the best thing about the section of the show is when the audition is over and we get to hear Simon rap in his monotone voice.

Since the track made quite an impression on the judges, they decide to make a spoof video starring Demi Lovato, Simon Cowell, Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio and his ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy. Each of the judges lip sync to the rap but Simon actually ‘speaks’ the lyrics.

At the end of the video, Simon is having a nap in the chair as the whole rapping business just EXHAUSTED him. Demi runs over and terrifies the life out of him. Someone needs to tell Lovato that she can’t go doing that to a man of Simon’s age, his ticker might skip a beat!

It’s all rather hilarious!

Check out the spoof video below and let us know what you think!
