This summer will be a full one for X Factor stars.
Union J and District 3 are planning to put out their first music in June and now Misha B has revealed that her debut album will also be hitting the shelves at that time.
The 20 year old singer rose to fame as a semi-finalist on the eighth series of the ITV show, after which she signed a record deal with Relentless Records.
She has been working on her first album ever since leaving the series back in 2011 and finally, it seems as though her efforts have paid off.
Misha told the Daily Star: “I’ve had time to breathe and write what I wanted because I haven’t been under any pressure.”
The young diva has also invested some time in helping to launch a career motivation project for 16-21 year-old’s called Beta Generation.
She explained: “Fear is an overlooked pressure on youngsters and I still feel it every day, like whether people will enjoy my music. It scares me how music keeps changing.”
Misha B achieved chart success with her debut single last year and ‘Do You Think of Me’ reached number nine on in the singles chart in November 2012.
She’s been busy growing her fan base too and Bryan supported Nicki Minaj during the UK leg of her Pink Friday: Reloaded Tour in October and November 2012.
For her début studio album she has been collaborating with various writers and producers, including MNEK, TMS, Naughty Boy. She saidL
“I’ve been writing with (songwriter and producer) Iain James. I love Runway that we’ve written. It’s about models on a runway, and how they don’t care about what’s going on around them.”
